About Our Wine List
Rocco spagnardi, sommelier and part-owner, curates our wine list. Focusing on the lesser known varietals, our list highlights some of italy's most passionate producers, who take pride in respecting the unique characteristics of the land and grape varietals. We believe wine is an essential part of a meal & choose wines that best complement our menu. In an effort to bring you these wines at reasonable prices, we believe in a very low mark up & whenever we find a great deal on a fantastic wine, we pass it on to you. Some highlights from our list:
Orange Wines
We just got in a couple of fantastic orange wines, which are made when the freshly crushed juice of white wine grapes are left to macerate with the stems and skins for days, weeks, or even months. The resulting wines are complex, tannic, sour, orange in color and delicious.
Podversic Damijan - Friuli
Podversic damijan is a man proud of his farming heritage, armed with a love of the land and the lessons of his friend and mentor josko gravner. He produces wine with extended skin contact, no cultured yeast, clarification, filtration and temperature control.
